Movement: Strength and Delicacy

Among my many other dreams, I fantasize about the idea of being a superhuman yogi. One winter while in Seattle, I started going to a daily hot yoga class. I was convinced that yoga could cure anything: inflexibility,  laziness, even heartache. Unfortunately, real life (teaching) came a knockin' and I had to trade in my mat for a lesson plan book and some pencils.  Even though I find hardly any time to put my feet up-- let alone take a yoga class-- I'm still convinced that one day I'll have a perfect Downward Dog.

This video reaffirms my fascination with the body and human strength. She's utterly beautiful.
